Service Desk Internship
Employment Type : Full-Time
Responsibilities: - Provide IT service desk support - Work with end users on service desk tickets
- Deploy and support new computer setups
- Troubleshoot software & hardware issues and document resolutions
- Create and maintain IT documentation
- Perform and document software and hardware inventory
- Recommend, configure, test, and deploy configuration packages for use with Desktop Management Product - Desktop Central
Qualifications: - Candidate should be enrolled in an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree program in Computer Information Systems or related field
- GPA of 2.7 or above
- Strong communication skills to successfully interact with employees and management
- Strong comprehension skills
- Strong computer skills, working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows OS
- Ability to complete assignments in a timely manner with attention to detail
- Ability to establish priorities and manage multiple tasks
