The Waldinger Corporation seeks an enthusiastic person with strong computer and organizational skills! The Service Coordinator coordinates customer service requests from initiation to completion. Partnering with service operations management, the Service Coordinator communicates the service schedule with the customer, coordinates with and schedules the Technicians while ensuring that the customer’s service request is completed in a timely manner. Examples of duties include: schedules service requests, handles client inquiries and concerns, prepares weekly/monthly execution plans for planned service agreements, procures parts-materials-tools, conducts customer service follow-up, maintains refrigerant tracking log, facilitates the administration of warranty claims, receives/reconciles completed work orders, maintains up-to-date client account information.
