Due to a promotion, Beechmont Subaru & Volkswagen is seeking a full-time Service Appointment Coordinator (SAC) for our dealership who is responsible for scheduling new/ missed service appointments, scheduling customers for special order parts delivery, making follow-up calls, communicating with Service Advisors, and handling related admin duties. He/She must display a personable, professional image and great phone skills to serve our loyal customer base. Experience on the telephone or in setting business appointments is a plus, but not required. Great customer service is always our goal!
