Job Description: Our servers will be making $7.25/hour + gratuity through 7/31/2019. Starting on 8/1/2019 our servers will make $5.12/hour + gratuity.
Adjacent to the main living room, this lobby bar provides a more intimate social setting. This space is surrounded with rich wood millwork, historic photos and memorabilia telling the story of the Barton Creek development. With a wrap-around deck, this will be the space to take in the hill country views.Responsibilities:- Perform all reestaurantside work.
- Efficiently and properly perform all service standards.
- Attend to all needs of the guests
- Report to the Restaurant Manager any need for housekeeping and/or repairs of and banquet equipment.
- Assist in the upkeep and organization of all liquor liability laws.
- Must be familiar with and adhere to all liquor liability laws.
- Must attend all designated pre-meal meetings.
- Must be able to set tables to specifications, carry trays, and have excellent customer service experience.
Qualifications:- Must have a flexible schedule and be able to work Days, Nights, Weekends, and Holidays.
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs and stand for the duration of a full-shift.
- Must be TABC/TIPS Certified.
- Previous serving experience in a four-star/four-diamond hotel or resort.
- Ability to satisfactorily communicate in English with guests, management and co-workers to their understanding.
