Description: To sell and serve food and alcoholic beverages to customers on the lanes, in the bar, or in the restaurant.

• Greets customers take food and drink orders, collects money, and makes changes to customers while providing friendly, courteous, polite, and helpful customer service
• Sells and serves food and drinks to customers, serves alcoholic beverages to Legal Age Customers
• Checks ID’s of all customers consuming alcoholic beverages
• Keeps all tables clean and returns empty glassware and plates to the appropriate spot
• Discards trash into the receptacles
• Keeps workstation clean
• Answers any customer questions and informs management of any complaint
• Ensures Alcoholic Beverage Commission regulations are followed
• Prepares and sets up workstation, assists bartender when needed
• Communicates orders to the bartender(s)
• Lifts and carries a heavy tray of food and beverages
• Ensure hygienic conditions of the center
• Replenishes ice bins
• Provides a safe environment for employees and customers
• Assists in keeping bowler area, restaurant, and bar clean
• Attends department and center meetings
• Assists customers with automatic scorers
• Notifies MOD of any safety, scoring, pinsetters, and mechanical problems
• Completes checklists and side work

Must be able to stand for long periods of time
Must be able to lift 30 pounds
Friendly, polite, and professional
Clear communication skills
Prior waiter/waitress experience preferred
