SEO Specialist

This is an entry-level position. As a Marketer, you are responsible for helping the Account Director (AD) create a strategy for all of your team's clients and fulfill the execution. Ideas for content and promotion of the content are executed by you and your team. There will be a lot of outreach and developing relationships with sites and individual influencers. Another big part of your role is handling on-page optimization for your client's websites and social media accounts. All client communication and reporting is managed through your AD but often you'll be a part of it. Each team AD is different and leads his/her team differently, so ultimately your responsibility is to perform every task for which your AD puts you in charge. This role is a lot to take on but we help you succeed with a great AD, training and the best tools available.
Salary: $38,000
Qualifications/Experience:
- Intermediate knowledge of all aspects of digital marketing (SEO, Social Media, PPC, etc.) and good knowledge of how they all work together.
- 1+ years experience in at least one aspect of digital marketing.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Basic to intermediate understanding of Google Analytics, Webmaster Tools and Adobe SiteCatalyst.
- Experience with Moz, BuzzStream, GroupHigh, Link Research Tools, Majestic SEO, Ahrefs is not required but a plus.
- Ability to organize and analyze data with Excel/Google Spreadsheets.
- Extremely organized and detail oriented.
- Self disciplined and motivated as well as a team player.
- Thirst for knowledge.constantly reading, studying and testing.
- Uber competitive but always compassionate and helpful to others.
- Creative and innovative.
