Note: we are unable to hire in every state Summary: The Senior UX Designer helps define the user experience for our Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) and Ancillary Benefit Management (ABM) application as well as our public-facing corporate website and mobile solutions. In this role, the Senior UX Designer will collaborate and negotiate with Healthesystems’ User Researcher, Product Management, Architecture, Product Owners, and Scrum teams to wireframe, mock, design, and specify new features and functions for our technology solutions. The role is also responsible for front-end web development in support of our corporate website and supervises the marketing Web Developer. Key Responsibilities: “To simplify complexities for each customer.” Qualifications/Education/Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a relevant field (Human Computer Interaction (HCI), graphic, interactive or communication design), or equivalent combination of education and experience; plus 5+ years of experience as a User Experience, visual or interaction designer. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Physical Demands/Working Conditions: Duties are performed primarily in a home office setting utilizing computer equipment. Travel to attend meetings and visit locations throughout the country may be required. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and talk or hear.
