Job Description The Senior Salesforce Admin will join our Enterprise Systems Team to primarily support our Revenue Operations Team and you will play a key role within the Revenue Operations team at Scale, working closely with leadership and internal customers as we accelerate our go-to-market capabilities. Working cross functionally with a broad set of business partners, you will use business process understanding, appreciation for detail and quality, critical thinking, and a roll-up-the-sleeves attitude to craft holistic solutions that meet business and technology objectives while furthering Scale's long-term goals.You will be responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and performance of our Sales and Marketing CRM systems, including Salesforce, Marketo, LeanData, Outreach, Quip, ZoomInfo, and other business systems as needed. In this role, you will work with numerous departments including Sales and Marketing Operations to deeply understand the entire customer life cycle, identify key integration points and optimize the current Sales Tech stack, and help build metric reports that allow RevOps management to make data-driven decisions. You will be responsible for managing our core GTM (Salesforce-based) systems. This is a fast-paced position with the capability to help automate the many business processes that surround our unique business.
