At Amazon we believe that every day is still day one.
At Amazon, we're working to be the most customer-centric company on earth. To get there, we need exceptionally talented, bright, and driven people. If you'd like to help us make history, here’s your chance to accelerate our growth and ability to serve our customers through Transformation Programs within the Employee Services (ES) organization.
ES Transformation is looking for a strong Program Manager to join its team and partner with HR technology, employee services and other internal teams on the implementation of HR and technology transformation programs. The position will primarily work on Amazon’s People Engine program, representing ES and leading ES deliverables on the implementation of our new Human Capital Management (HCM) system.
This role is global in scope and will work with internal stakeholders in all regions on a daily basis. We are looking for a self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills who has extensive program and change management experience within a large global organisation.
The successful candidate will ideally have experience of HCM or other global HR system implementations and will have the ability to influence and collaborate with cross functional stakeholders.
