If you are interested in making a global impact, we are looking for a full-time Product Manager to join us in our Malvern, PA or Mt. Prospect, IL locations. About the role: The Product Manager is a leader that is responsible for owning and managing all lifecycle aspects of our Paypod platform, accountable for assuring end-to-end P/L, growth and profitability across multiple business channels (initial focus will be in retail). This includes but is not limited to developing the product vision, roadmap, business cases, investment strategies, pricing strategies and marketing efforts that are aligned and support the company's overall strategy. The successful candidate is comfortable working closely with sales and vertical leaders to ensure business goals are met. Also requires interface with manufacturing, sourcing, engineering, and senior executives to ensure revenue, customer satisfaction and profitability goals are met for their products. Bottom line, they are accountable for their product line plans, execution, strategy and profitability. Successful incumbents in this role are well positioned for career progression in general management or other cross-functional management roles. About the team: The product team consists of product managers and product owners located at multiple CPI sites in North America and Europe. The team also works on a daily basis with cross-functional teams that include other product managers/owners, business analysts, engineers, software developers, testers, and professional services colleagues in a variety of roles.
