Position Title: Senior Planner, Premium Decorations and Inclusions
Reporting to: Senior Manager, Central Planning

About the role:
The Sr. Planner will develop and coordinate the full cycle supply chain activities for the Premium Decorations and Inclusions and Gourmet Business Units throughout the Americas. This position ensures that products are delivered to the customer in the most efficient and cost-effective manner possible while meeting customer service expectations.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Supply Chain primary contact for Gourmet business units, imported brands, Premium Decorations and Inclusions – Gertrude Hawke, American Almond, and Mona Lisa
- Work closely with Sales Directors and VP to proactively plan seasonal builds, product launches, changes, and new projects
- Evaluate monthly import replenishment plan to communicate to Europe Central Planning
- Drive and contribute to improving the global and local Gourmet and PDI S&OP process
- Help manage and monitor inventory level targets, slow-moving, and expired products specific to Gourmet and Specialties
- Weekly and monthly reporting and analysis of consolidated supply chain KPIs (delivery performance, inventory, forecast accuracy)
- Bi-annual review of stock policy changes and safety stock volumes
- Support the annual budgeting activities specifically related to Gourmet and PDI business units
- Work closely with Central Planning team on demand, supply, and capacity related issues
- Other duties and projects as assigned by direct and immediate supervisor
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Economics, or Engineering
Work Experience:
- 5-10 years of experience in the Supply Chain or similar function, preferably in a food/manufacturing environment
- Previous experience with SAP, APO, MRP software
Additional Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
