We are looking for a clever and skilled HR Tools & Technology Senior Analyst. In the short term, your job will be to help us optimize our existing tool stack. Once optimized, you would be at the center of driving and assisting with various internal automation activities to improve operations for our People Team. We're looking for a skilled communicator, with a deep understanding of HR and TA processes and technology to help us to automate, scale and analyze the People Team at Epic. LOCATIONS This position is open in multiple locations across the United States including but not limited to: Bellevue, WA San Francisco, CA Los Angeles, CA San Diego, CA Austin / Dallas / Houston, TX Cary, NC Boston, MA Our intent is to cover all things that are medically necessary and improve the quality of life.
