Who we are and what we're looking for:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Guru to help us in our overall marketing efforts. You will be working closely with our CEO who has multiple businesses in the construction and behavior health industries. You will be the essential part of the development and execution of marketing plans to reach targets from brand awareness to promoting our services and will be responsible for a 30k monthly budget for all companies.
A Senior Marketing Specialist should be an independent and competent professional able to grasp consumer behavior trends and generate creative ideas. You should be well-versed in specialized marketing concepts, principles and tactics. You should be able to develop engaging content to attract and retain customers. For this position, it’s essential to be up-to-date with new technologies and marketing trends. The goal is to deliver effective marketing programs that will help our reputation and growth in both the construction and behavior health industries.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits and trends
- Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns
- Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning etc.)
- Liaise with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns
- Collaborate with marketing and other professionals to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts
- Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels: social media (organic and paid), e-mail, TV etc.
- Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
- Research competitors and new marketing tools, platforms and applications
- Assures budgets and deadlines are met, and prepares status reports summarizing progress and reports directly to the CEO
Absolutely Necessary Skills
- Proven experience as marketing manager or similar role
- Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/Social media etc.) and market research methods
- Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools
- Solid computer skills, including MS Office, Microsoft Bing, marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite and CRM) and applications (Web analytics, Google AdWords etc.)
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS and web development tools (e.g. Dreamweaver) desired
- Well-organized and detail oriented with exceptional communication and writing skills
- Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind for making original content (blogs, videos, etc.)
- BSc/BA in marketing, communications or equivalent
Work from home? NO. This position requires that you come to our office at least 2-3 days out of the week.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
