ID: 248103 As the Senior Manager of People Development, North America you will lead performance consultation focused on developing, designing, and implementing critical learning solutions that improve team member value proposition. You will build relationships with multiple business unit leaders to support Micron’s goals and strategic objectives through People Development and other cross functional groups. You will also be a key consultant to our executive/senior business leaders and HR Partners on learning and development challenges and needs of the organization and its people to help prepare our global workforce for future success.
