Position Summary
ADUSA Supply Chain Services (ADUSASC) is seeking an experienced S r. Manager, Product Management for Supply Chain Data Analytics and Business Insights Team. This leader will serve as the principal liaison between the operational supply chain teams (warehouse operations, demand management, procurement, logistics), technology development teams and supply chain analytics team (supply chain engineers, data scientists, and business analysts). This lead role will have ownership of identifying innovative supply chain technology solutions in response to complex supply chain problems and with the goal of improving the overall supply chain process. This leader will be able to translate complex supply chain problems into innovative analytical products that provide step change improvements in our supply chain. The role will demonstrate leadership expertise to set the strategic direction and priority for supply chain analytics products and ensure proper buy in and execution from operations and technical development teams.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities (essential functions)
Lead and engage the Product Manager team in the evolution of supply chain analytics and focused product development
Set strategic product direction and prioritize development efforts for long term road map
Recruit, mentor and manage the product management team to create a group that is diverse in thinking, ability and perspective and leverages the strengths of each individual to achieve desired results and expectations
Develop strong collaborative relationships with supply chain operational teams to understand core capability gaps and influence product development road map. Synthesize business requirements, identify areas of uncertainty, recommend solutions, gather buy-in from relevant stakeholders, roll solution out to team, shepherd feature through development and review code before rollout.
Drive cross-functional teams comprised of both business roles and technical development during the life cycle of product development. Lead and/or serve as a member of key teams and committees as needed.
Partner with IT on development, testing & implementation plans, as well as internal communications & deployment plans
Collaboratively translate SC analytics proof of concepts into scalable products through IT partnerships
Develop metrics to measure success of program features, analyze results, and partner across the organization to develop action plans and enhancement recommendations
Act as an ambassador for the product internally and as the primary contact for queries related to the product.
Knowledge
Extensive experience in supply chain operations including procurement, demand management, warehouse operations and logistics. Retail or Food supply chain management experience is preferred.
Supply chain experience in both strategic and operational roles
Extensive product management experience
Direct experience developing advanced analytics in supply chain
Working knowledge of analytics tools such as SQL, PowerBI, Python, Microsoft Azure stack
Working knowledge of analytical techniques such as regression, statistics, optimization, and machine learning
Project management tools like Jira,and Confluence
Skills
Proven leadership and supervisory skills
Worked within Scrum Agile methodology
Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, project management (from conception to completion), & planning skills

Education Bachelor’s Degree
MBA or MS in Industrial Engineering, operations research, Computer Science or similar discipline
Experience
6-8 years work experience preferably in Analytics, Product Management, or software development and 3+ years experience specifically in Supply Chain Management or related field
