TriLink Biotechnologies, a Maravai LifeSciences company, is seeking a Senior Laboratory Technician to join our growing team. This role will contribute to the department’s success by maintaining all equipment, production and storage areas, supplies, and raw materials. This position will follow SOPs and batch records to produce reagents, buffers, and products to GMP standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance of GMP areas for cleanliness and organization
• Maintenance of equipment, including set-up, cleaning, operation, preventative maintenance, coordinating calibration, verifying appropriate status labeling, and keeping equipment list up to date
• Verification and maintenance of supplies and raw materials, including submitting reorder points, submitting purchase orders/picks, replenishment, and keeping accurate inventory counts
• Assisting Manufacturing Associates and leads with daily production needs, which includes cleaning and bringing materials into the controlled environment
• Documenting quality events per our QMS and GDP requirements

Qualifications

• High School degree required. Studies in a scientific field preferred or equivalent work experience in a GMP environment preferred.
• Experience working in a controlled ISO class cleanroom environment preferred
• Experience with NetSuite or equivalent ERP system preferred
• Experience with a document control system preferred
• Strong communication skills, including ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Self-motivated and able to organize and prioritize multiple tasks
• Works well as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
