Summary of the Position: This senior level position will be reporting to the Business Technology Director for Lab Operations. This role will be focused on solving complex issues around system configurations based on business demand and providing project support for net-new application onboarding, current system upgrades, and/or configuration changes. The candidate will also be involved in global projects and may be involved in meetings off hours. This position is remote, but time onsite may be required.
