Aon is looking for a Senior Investment Reporting Analyst

The Senior Investment Reporting Analyst will provide implementation management for a range of investment fund-of-funds launched by Aon Investments USA, with a focus on alternatives including hedge funds and closed-end private credit funds, and will assist with potential future launches.

Responsibilities include:
Coordination with multiple groups to launch or restructure funds. Trading, including manager onboarding and offboarding, managing client flows monitoring positions, cap calls, and cash management. Reporting and analytics, including updating client and Board packs, and working closely with Treasury and other teams to produce periodic performance reports. Serving as point of contact for daily fund implementation questions.

The role will assist with portfolio trading and implementation, with a focus on alternative products. This person will be responsible for producing analytics used to support portfolio decisions, monitoring fund positions, and implementing trades.

In addition, this position will be responsible for performance and risk analytics, and will be involved in developing client, marketing and Board reports.

This opportunity will further support solution development, applying critical thinking and collaborating with multiple teams to launch new solutions.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree, with a Business related major. 3+ years of experience in financial services. Familiarity with alternative assets. Knowledge of Investment product development. Outstanding attention to detail. Ability to resolve complex questions by working independently or with multiple internal teams. Proactive in delivering on client requests.
