Description Burns & McDonnell has an exciting opportunity in Onsite Energy & Power Group for a Senior Engineer that focuses on campus and industrial utilities primarily focused on Geothermal feasibility studies and design as well as the overall campus sustainability market. Engineer will execute complex assignments requiring the application of advanced techniques, resulting in the development of new or improved processes, equipment and/or technological methods. Some specific duties & responsibilities include: Work experience which demonstrates progressive design and project management responsibilities. Has experience with design scope development, budget preparation and project execution meeting schedule requirements and maintaining established budgets. This position requires an individual capable of applying intensive and diversified knowledge of principles and practices to broad areas of assignments. Must be capable of interpreting and developing solutions to complex problems. Qualifications Compensation Range $110,000-$155,000 The expected compensation range for this position is displayed in accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act. The final agreed upon compensation is based on a number of factors, including but not limited to: individual education, qualifications, prior work experience and work location. The total annual compensation package will consist of a base salary and eligibility to participate in our discretionary year-end incentive bonus program.
