Responsibilities:

What You Will Do:

The Senior Financial Analyst in Retail Asset Management is responsible for working with senior leadership in the Retail Asset Management group and third-party owners to maximize the value of the retail assets under management. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Working closely with asset managers and leasing to develop and implement the business plans and the marketing / leasing strategy for a portfolio of retail assets
  • Creating cash flow valuation models for a portfolio of retail assets and utilizing the models to evaluate dispositions, renovation plans and other ROI opportunities
  • Participating in evaluating retail acquisition opportunities and assisting with due diligence
  • Preparing financial analysis for potential retail lease transactions
  • Coordinating the annual budgeting process and reviewing monthly financial statements to understand performance relative to budget and identify areas for improvement
  • Updating monthly and quarterly reporting materials for third-party owners, lenders, investors and Senior Executives
  • Preparing other analysis as needed to support the retail asset management team
