o Analysis of variance to each comparable period and drivers of each period
o Quarterly preparation, analysis, and communication/presentation of financial statement forecasts of current fiscal year results including risks and opportunities to the forecast.
o Augment other teams in North America Gaming organization with ad hoc reporting or periodic tasks like month-end close deliverables
o On-going collaboration with business partners to ensure plan alignment on key volume related KPI, including Sales growth expectations, Software deliveries, and Manufacturing demand.
o On-going assessment and improvement of the processes supporting the activities above.
o Use available tools, data, and systems to streamline forecasting and variance analysis processes.
o Collaborate closely with Accounting and Sales Operations to properly account for all revenue recognition items that impact each month
o Consolidate disparate data from multiple sources into a cohesive picture
o Participate in monthly accounting close meetings, assisting management in variance reconciliations
o Support of internal and external audit activities including preparation and communication of certain revenue recognition, accrual and other balance sheet supporting documentation
o Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related area required, manufacturing experience preferred
o Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint required
o Experience in SAP, BPC, HANA and Business Objects strongly preferred
o Executive presentation experience preferred
o Technical competence and willingness to learn new technologies and software applications
o Motivated self-starter with capacity to manage multiple priorities in a high-paced environment
o Effective time management skills. Able to self-manage during “slower” periods and complete tasks and goals. Ability to work remotely possible depending on environmental needs
o Ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to various business partners and senior leadership levels
