Drive financial analysis to support business partners in budgeting, forecasting and reporting Prepare financial models and scenario analysis to support decision making on customers, merchants and pricing Identify key market trends, changing customer requirements and competitor activity and make recommendations Work with business leaders to develop robust business cases and profitability assessments Partner with US leaders to manage expense to annual budget and quarterly forecast commitments Develop, automate, and produce management reports; support the FP&A team with insights into weekly and monthly reporting Experience in a retail and payments/technology and/or public company with global operations would be highly regarded Advanced modeling skills and corporate modeling experience Experience in forecasting, financial analysis and understanding key performance indicators Experience with data analytics software such as Tableau, SQL a plus Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics or related business/quantitative field MBA strongly preferred Strong communication skills, detail oriented, can work in flexible environments Enjoys being adaptable and hands on We believe in being fair, and are committed to an inclusive interview experience, including providing reasonable accommodations to disabled applicants throughout the recruitment process. Job Description
This role is a Finance Business Partner to the US regional team. The role will be influential in driving the strategic planning process and operational outcomes through providing commercial and financial insights and decision support. And lastly, to drive insightful analysis into US regional performance.
Qualifications
5+ years of professional experience including 3 years’ experience as a finance business partner and/or in an analyst role in either an investment bank or management consulting firm
