Position Summary Ogletree Deakins has the opportunity for an experienced Senior eBilling Appeals Specialist to join the Firm’s expanding Accounting & Finance Department. The Senior eBilling Appeals Specialist position is part of the Centralized Billing Department reporting to the eBilling Manager. The Senior eBilling Appeals Specialist responsible for all aspects of the appeals process, This includes an understanding of eBilling system requirements, providing information regarding reductions to attorneys and practice assistants, analyzing data to recommend areas for process improvement as well as, attorney training and following up on outstanding appeal responses. The Senior eBilling Appeals Specialist has an elevated knowledge of the eBilling/appeals process and client guidelines and complies with eBilling and Billing policies. The Senior eBilling Specialist-Appeals is expected to handle a large volume of appeals, understand complex billing scenarios, provide excellent service to clients, attorneys, and colleagues while producing a timely and accurate work product. The Senior eBilling Specialist-Appeals is expected to maintain an atmosphere of collaboration and continuous improvement, while providing leadership to the team. For Colorado Applicants: In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the expected salary range for this Colorado position is between $65,000 and $75,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. This position qualifies for the below staff benefits.
