In this role, you have the opportunity to

Lead the Oral Healthcare Venture Team while building new business models and solutions, focusing on scale and monetization of both dental and overall health offers.

You are responsible for
  • Translating related cross cluster business strategies into an executable inorganic strategy, including potential targets and partnerships in the health informatics markets
  • Ensuring up-to-date overview of emerging market players, technical, and application developments
  • Collaborating with senior management and interacting with major customers to actively build a network and stay up to date on market trends
  • Owning the development of high impact opportunities to develop and acquire new solutions and coordinate interactions with 3rd parties
  • Managing the opportunity funnel with business leadership while coordinating with strategy on rationale, internal alignment and approvals
  • Collaborating with Finance, Ventures, and M&A colleagues
  • Scaling business models (B2B2C and B2C) and lead our revenue generation and business development strategy through Payers, Healthcare/Dental insurance ecosystems
  • Building product roadmaps to drive sustainable competitive advantage for scale.
  • Defining new product and solutions requirements and providing regular inputs to Product Managers
  • Setting efficient pricing strategy for both existing and new solutions in collaboration with Product Managers and Marketing/Sales managers
  • Identifying innovative ways to grow business, platforms, and partnerships through market trends and opportunities
  • Creating a global pipeline of new partnerships by continuously developing lead generation as well as in-market partnerships.
  • Identify, evaluate, negotiate and manage strategic partnerships in sophisticated digital oral healthcare eco-systems (B2C, B2B, B2B2C) solutions partnerships with insurance, dental professionals and other 3rd party partners.
  • Negotiating and closing strategic business partnerships, collaborating with colleagues
  • Executing commercial and growth plans while working in a highly sophisticated network with key internal leaders (e.g. product management, legal, marketing, engineering teams, privacy and security)
  • Measuring and analyzing current revenue streams, offerings, and partner relationships to optimize business growth and revenue strategy

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:

  • 7+Years of experience in Product/Category Management at Startups or Growth stage companies
  • 5+ years of proven track record leading business growth preferably in consumer health products, through a series of successful new business development initiatives
  • Leading end-to-end proposition development and go-to market strategies for digital health solutions and ecosystems.
  • Navigating ambiguities and demands of a start-up like environment
  • Success scaling a high-growth company, ideally in sophisticated B2B2C healthcare/payer professional services and/or start-up environment
  • Building value propositions (product and service/solutions) and scaling a product in a successful startup or corporate ventures set-up from the ground up
  • Demonstrated ability to evolve product strategy and long-term roadmap in fast-paced and ambiguous environment
  • Experience driving product line growth through performance improvement and revenue growth/scaling
  • Creating open platform creation with multi-partners monetization flows
  • Highly experienced in Agile/SCRUM/SAFe practices in context of product management methodologies and software development environments
