We're looking for a Senior Director, Transformation Management Office to help lead our efforts, this position is responsible for supporting transformational change for prioritized functional areas with initial focus on Group functions (IT, HR, Supply Chain, Legal (including Risk Management), Retail, Finance etc). You’ll be responsible for partnering with the VP, TMO on identifying transformational opportunities through strategic planning and innovation, prioritizing initiatives and building roadmaps, ensuring proper multi-functional resourcing of the projects, co-leading the implementation of the initiatives through rigorous project management, and ensuring sustainable change through identifying and implementing industry best-in-class processes, systems and capabilities. This role will also be responsible for developing a clear streamlined strategic resource allocation and project management process and approach for HA Group. Responsibilities The Sr. Director, Transformation Management Office plays an integral strategic role within the COO organization through development and sustainable implementation of best-in-class processes, systems and capabilities, initially for Group Services functions – IT, HR, Supply Chain, Legal (including Risk Management) and Retail. The TMO may also take on the project leadership for Group-wide initiatives.
