Responsibilities Early Dementia assets Support the IPTs as the Commercial representative by sharing the market situation, voice of customer (HCPs, Health systems, patients and caregivers) Work in close collaboration with Clinical, Discovery, Translational Medicine teams to seek a deeper understanding of the clinical development program as well as to translate clinical strategy into an early Commercial plan Advisory board Obtain regular input from KOLs/SLs/Professional society groups/policy makers to develop the early commercial strategy as well as lay the early ground work for new concepts Pipeline monitoring – to identify early assets which could be of interest to Eisai (within the overall Eisai Dementia strategy) Administration: Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Required; Education: MS minimum; MMR or MBA preferred Experience: 10+ years relevant marketing experience in pharmaceutical and/or biotechnology industry Knowledge Requirements: Eisai is an equal opportunity employer and as such, is committed in policy and in practice to recruit, hire, train, and promote in all job qualifications without regard to race, color, religion, gender, age, national origin, citizenship status, marital status, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability or veteran status.
