Your Role: In this role, you will be a critical contributor to augmenting our Life Science strategy. As a Senior Digital Specialist, you will collaborate with key business stakeholders to help support and drive strategy development activities related to customer facing digital data solutions. Based on industry insights, you will define new growth areas for Life Science and create a clear roadmap to build new business. You will create concrete proof points along the way to support exciting business cases and present these business cases to executives in the company. You will also help set standards for data engineering and data science solutions in collaboration with other digital teams in the company.

• Generating critical market insights around new business opportunities by engaging internal and external collaborators and customers.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure data standards are developed for customer facing data solutions.
• Identify, evaluate new opportunities and develop exciting business cases for data solutions in Life Science.
• Drive developed concepts to realization through organic or inorganic options.
• Leverage specialized knowledge and analytical skills to solve complex problems
• Participate in strategic planning to identify new areas for future development
• Present the company at international conferences to promote our brand awareness
• Communicate effectively in oral and written fashion to internal and external business partners

Who you are:
Minimum Requirements:

• BS with 8+ years’ experience, MS with 3+ years’ experience
• Experience within strategy development, management consulting, or similar role
• Strong experience and mindset in the digital product space execution from ideation to delivery, with exceptional high value outcome focus
• Robust experience to deliver digital products in the regulated contexts such as GxP

Preferred Requirements:

• Advanced degree, MBA is a plus.
• Solid understanding of recent developments in data engineering and science- preferably within Life Science / pharma industry
• Strong business acumen with analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to understand how business model decisions impact operating model design and execution across operations, technology, risk governance and organizational design
• Highly organized; independent self-starter able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously; adapt well to change and able to prioritize multiple projects in high paced/highly dynamic situations.
• Experience designing and driving complex, multi-stakeholder projects in matrix organization
• Experience partnering with, presenting to, and influencing upper management audiences
• Highly curious, creative and entrepreneurial spirit
• Existing in-depth knowledge of life science tools, services and software market
• Highly collaborative, flexible and team-oriented
