Senior Data Analyst (Remote)

Overview: The manager of data analytics will develop insights and analysis to drive improved performance across all revenue drivers and controllable costs of the organization, specifically focused on operational efficiencies and workforce strategy. A successful candidate for this role will act with a high level of autonomy; managing strategic projects through the full cycle of discovery, data sourcing, analysis, visualization and presentation. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and efficient data analysis and visualization of performance used to make critical business decisions.Responsibilities:- Own data modeling and analysis projects supporting workforce strategy, including staffing, scheduling, compensation analysis and overall organizational design and budgeting
- Evaluate performance and perform analysis across all operational areas of the company including call centers, the national sales team and brick-and-mortar locations to identify root causes and develop business recommendations and solutions
- Act as a liaison between sales leadership, field operations, and the enterprise data & reporting team to define, standardize and automate reporting and analysis needs for daily, tactical decision making
- Work closely with the enterprise data & reporting team to identify data gaps and opportunities, define data requirements for projects and design systems of measurement for business activity

Qualifications:Education/Training:- Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years professional experience required; MBA
Experience:- Minimum of 2 years’ experience performing complex analytics as quantitative analytics professional
- Experience in labor planning and forecasting, productivity analysis, or compensation design
- Proven business acumen in a multi-door environment, call centers, or a national sales model (all is best)
Technical or Administrative Knowledge:- Intermediate to advanced skills with data visualization tools including Tableau and/or Power BI
- Advanced SQL skills, including creating tables and views, using CTEs, temporal tables and more
Special Skills and Abilities and/or:- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, interpret and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to clearly and concisely present analysis and recommend specific action(s) to be taken
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with strict deadlines and time constraints
- Strong ability to multi-task, use personal judgment, utilize strong decision making and follow-up
- Ability to work across boundaries and collaborate with other departments for results
