Senior Brand Manager:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Brand Manager to help us drive the continued success of our portfolio of emerging brands. Reporting into Senior Director of Marketing you will work cross functionally with the broader marketing team, operations and culinary to uncover consumer insights and deliver innovative marketing and product initiatives.

We’ll turn to you to learn what attracts our new guests and keeps our existing guests loyal. You will obsess over improving our guest’s experience at every touchpoint.

Responsibilities

  • Product development and ideation in partnership with operations and culinary
  • Analyze and keep up to date with product mix looking to identify opportunities and gaps
  • Analyze brand positioning and develop consumer insights
  • Translate brand elements into plans and marketing strategies
  • Develop brand content and creative calendar with social and performance team
  • Develop promotional and LTO cadence
  • Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to “take action”
  • Measure and report performance of all brand marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs
  • Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities
  • Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities
  • Monitor product success and consumer reactions

Requirements

  • 5+ years relevant experience
  • Proven working experience as Brand Manager or Associate Brand Manger
  • Proven ability to develop brand marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to leadership
  • Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns
  • Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix
  • Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind
  • Outstanding communication skills

  • Up to date with latest trends and marketing best practices
