What we do: We are looking for a Senior Engineer to help build our Avionics capabilities from the ground up. This position will report to the Head of Avionics as a member of the Avionics team. The Avionics team is responsible for aircraft avionics as well as some external interfacing equipment. This position will work all aspects of the avionics system including system architecture, hardware and software - from design through production- and fielding. The Avionics group will work closely with Intelligent Systems, Flight Controls, Powertrain, and other groups with interfacing systems. The role will also interface with the certification authorities in addition to managing relationships with suppliers. Our ideal candidate has significant experience and expertise in Flight Controls as well as Avionics.
