Job Description

Overview: Moxie is looking for a Senior Paid Social Analyst to work from any of our Moxie offices! We’re known for our “Head. Heart. Hustle” mentality and in search of someone who wants to showcase their ideas, passion and energy within an agency that celebrates A-list talent and a diverse client base.

This position requires a strategic brain paired with great communication skills and a penchant for organization. In this role, you’ll be crafting paid social strategies by digging into the client’s business to understand their value proposition, then assessing which audiences will be most valuable and learning what drives their decision-making to enable us to choose the right moments, places and spaces to experience the client’s brand.

You’ll also be working hand-in-hand with a lot of other great “Rockstars” - collaborating with our media activation teams as well as internal account, data and creative leads to bring these experiences to life for clients.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead the day-to-day management of client paid social campaigns including strategic approaches, bid recommendations, execution details, budgets/accounting and overall goal achievement
  • Own strategy, platform set-up, and optimization of paid social campaigns
  • Monitor, track, and evaluate campaign performance analytics, based on client KPIs, targets and baselines
  • Assemble and organize client reports making use of platform specific analytics tools
  • Present reporting and performance insights that lead to gains towards objectives
  • Analyze and monitor audience data, media habits, and publisher offerings to craft winning strategies
  • Work alongside fellow team members to support strategy and overall campaign objectives
  • Maintain an understanding of industry trends and research industry-related media
  • Provide media and marketplace updates and counsel to clients that serve their business needs
  • Construct competitive analyses including developing insights and media recommendations for clients

Qualifications

Qualifications

Who You Are:

  • You have a minimum of 3-4 years of hands-on experience in paid social management with a media agency and first-hand experience using social channels
  • Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously and interact with multiple internal teams: Account, Strategy, Creative
  • You can think creatively, multi-task, and meet deadlines
  • You communicate like a pro, are comfortable presenting material and can write persuasively
  • Your friends comment on how detail oriented you are – you’re the one with the plan, the map and are keeping everyone on track
  • You value collaboration and working as a team – your ability to communicate and partner is top notch
  • You never shy away from a challenge: you have exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills but also know when to ask for support
  • Presentations and spreadsheets are no problem – in fact, learning new features and formulas is a thrill
