Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of existing and new accounts to maximize revenue and margin generation
- Liaise as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs professionally and effectively
- Develop and nurture positive, long-term relationships with clients with satisfactory service
- Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks
- Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
- Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in and knowledge of the CDN industry's competitive landscape, with in-depth knowledge on specific products and/or services
- Proven experience in account management as well as hunting, prospecting, and new account development
- Creative problem-solving and critical thinking skills to move customers forward and close deals
- Experience in successfully executing complex sales cycles with CXOs
- Passion for technology and the ability to present complex products succinctly to both technical and business decision-makers in the media/gaming industry
- Results- and process-driven mindset to effectively build a diversified opportunity funnel and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in MS office products: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Requires at least 50% or more of time conducting sales activities outside of the office
