DESCRIPTION OF WORK

You will perform general laborer work including grass cutting, snow removal, landscaping, equipment maintenance, minor masonry, carpentry, and plumbing work, painting, assisting maintenance staff, and loading and unloading various items. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY

One year of experience in laboring work including the use of tools and equipment used in maintenance or construction; OR

an equivalent combination of experience and training.

NECESSARY SPECIAL REQUIREMENT: Possession of a valid Pennsylvania non-commercial Class C driver's license or equivalent.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION: Work experience in trades such as masonry, carpentry, or plumbing, is preferred but not required.

WORK SCHEDULE:
7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Flexible schedule; may include weekends
37.5 hours/week
