The Security Officer at the Children's Hospital of Minneapolis is responsible for the day to day activities of ensuring a safe and secure Children's campus. The Security Officer will maintain a safe environment through patrol of the hospital, grounds and outlying buildings. This position will respond to all calls both emergency and non-emergency as they occur or in order of importance. The Security Officer's core role is to promote a safe environment for patients, visitors and hospital employees. NOTE: This is a full time position with shifts regularly scheduled Friday - Tuesday from 6:00 am - 2:00 pm. This position requires the employee to work every weekend.
