• Willingness to work outside.
• Willingess to work long hours and weekends.
• Daily mainenance of equipment
• Ability to communicate effectibely (verbal, listening, written)
• Ability to work with minimum supervision and recognize matters needing attention and initiate action on that recognition.
• Interact with customers and managers
• General housekeeping
• Help with loading trucks
• Work closely with plant operator
• All other duties assigned by management
