- Work with Senior Manager of Demand Generation to maintain efficient operation of channels - SEM (Search Engine Marketing), SEO (Search Engine Optimization), Local Search, and the Blog (20%)
- Partner with internal teams including Ecommerce, Development, Creative, Merchandising, Operations, and Marketing teams to help execute campaigns efficiently for both brands (Carter’s and OshKosh B’gosh). High visibility to senior leadership with expectations of knowledge and responsiveness to channel requests and action items (15%)
- Work with agency partners on a daily basis on execution of SEM, SEO and the Blog. Assist with new test and learning agendas through project management of new programs and initiatives.
- Calendar & Promotion management: (10%)
- Responsible for keeping apprised of promotional changes for both brands
- Maintain and traffic promotional calendar to all necessary parties
- Work with Development and Operations teams to ensure that promotions for channels are set up correctly to support all campaigns
- Assist with auditing promotions within Search channels to ensure alignment with offers as well as providing ad copy approval.
- Leveraging reporting platforms (Adobe Analytics and Tableau) to pull channel KPIs, determine the health of channel performance and socialize those metrics to the broader team.
- Responsible for maintaining reporting for SEM, SEO and Blog
- Work with agency and internal partners to update the content calendar
- Manage process for article edit and approvals
- Work with social and creative teams to pull images for utilization on the blog
- Utilize AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) to publish articles live
- Manage content calendar for seasonal site updates (CSLPs)
- Prepare and circulate creative/copy briefs for seasonal art & copy updates or new program participation. (10%)
- Work with Store Operations team and agency partner to ensure store location information is always accurately reflected on Google My Business, Apple Maps and Local Landing Pages (5%)
Required Experience:
- Strong written, verbal, and communication skills a must.
- Worked closely with SEM/SEO program tracking and success metrics
- Superior project management and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented, persistent follow-up and an ability to juggle shifting priorities.
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional team efforts.
- Resourceful and solution oriented.
- Team player. Operates effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Between 3-5 years of experience
- Experience in an agency and/or corporate marketing environment preferred
- SEM/SEO experience preferred
- Retail experience a plus
