Do it here. What you’ll be doing. We’re looking for a Sales Development Team Lead to lead our Sales Development team. You’ll be working as a player/coach in an exciting startup environment within the foundation of a large company, Verizon. This means you will perform the day-to-day functions of an SDR as well as oversee the daily operations of the team to ensure team and individual targets are met. You will also partner with the greater marketing team to develop meeting forecasts, report on performance and identify opportunities for improvement. If you are hired into a Colorado work location, the compensation range for this position is between $50,000 and $93,000 based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part-time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours. In this role, you will partner closely with our sales team and work collaboratively with the sales development team and will own key components of the sales process including account research, inbound lead qualification, outbound prospecting, fostering relationships, and developing qualified prospective clients. The right candidate will be one that works well under pressure, is self-motivated, enjoys meeting new people and most importantly is results driven.
In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.
