Symphony Residences of Lincoln Park is looking for a dynamic and dependable SCHEDULER/MOVE-IN COORDINATOR to join our team! Symphony specializes in long-term care and assisted living services. Overall Job Description:
The Scheduler/Move-in Coordinator works in accordance with the established policies and procedures of the community and instruction from specific supervisors. He/she will be responsible for preparing nursing schedules and maintaining appropriate staffing levels with the support from the HR Director and Wellness Director. He/she will also be responsible for completing admissions and successfully building occupancy with the Customer Experience Specialist. He/she will perform other duties as assigned by the Management team.

Job Requirements:

• 1-2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Previous experience working in Healthcare industry, specifically senior living/assisted living preferred
• Maintain basic knowledge of computer software such as Microsoft
• Flexible availability to work PM and weekends, if necessary

Candidate must have the following:

• Have strong organizational skills as well as the ability to follow-up, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task; prioritize projects and objectives while meeting deadlines.

Job Type: Full Time (Mondays-Fridays)
