Job Description:
- Update master schedule, including but not limited to resource loading such as manpower and equipment loading, to establish sequence and lead time
- Analyze construction data and perform mathematical calculations to determine material, tools, and human resource requirements for the schedule
- Plan sequence of operations for guidance of staff and craft construction workers
- Analyze gaps between the planned and actual progress and highlight the areas of concern
- Assist with preparation, maintain, and update schedules; identify critical activities
- Work closely with the management team, client, subcontractors, and team members to communicate required completion dates and interface between functional, operational, and project teams
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Must be authorized to work in the United States now and in the future without company sponsorship
- Good working knowledge of Primavera software, Written and verbal communication, CPM Scheduling, evaluating contract changes, construction knowledge
- Experience in the electric utility construction industry preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $68,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
