Job Description:

  • Update master schedule, including but not limited to resource loading such as manpower and equipment loading, to establish sequence and lead time
  • Analyze construction data and perform mathematical calculations to determine material, tools, and human resource requirements for the schedule
  • Plan sequence of operations for guidance of staff and craft construction workers
  • Analyze gaps between the planned and actual progress and highlight the areas of concern
  • Assist with preparation, maintain, and update schedules; identify critical activities
  • Work closely with the management team, client, subcontractors, and team members to communicate required completion dates and interface between functional, operational, and project teams
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States now and in the future without company sponsorship
  • Good working knowledge of Primavera software, Written and verbal communication, CPM Scheduling, evaluating contract changes, construction knowledge
  • Experience in the electric utility construction industry preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $68,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

  • Bonus pay

  • Dallas-Fort Worth, TX: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Construction Scheduling: 1 year (Preferred)
