Summary
Job Summary
Has basic working knowledge of all office functions for The CoHealth Breast Care Clinic and is responsible for specific job tasks including but not limited to, answering incoming phone calls, making outgoing phone calls, registering patients, scheduling patients, acquiring orders for exams, acquiring priors medical records on patients. Interacts with patients in person and on the phone.
Job Requirements
Education
Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent
Experience
Preferred: 3 years’ experience in a medical office
Skills
Word Processing knowledge with skills 60-70 WPM or greater
Knowledge of personal computer and software usage
Prefer knowledge of breast health procedures and medical terminology
Excellent telephone and customer service skills
Able to multitask and handle 100+ calls per day
