Introduction
As an IBM Application Architect, you directly help clients transform their business and solve complex problems. You will define the scope and vision for projects that deliver customized solutions using your knowledge of IBM platforms. You are a technical leader, serving as a liaison among business partners, technical resources, and project stakeholders.

Your Role and Responsibilities
Provides leadership to technical SMEs on their team during an SAP Cloud Migration to Microsoft Azure and an SAP S/4HANA implemenation. The role supports a variety of tasks including participating in requirements definition and analysis, cloud migration activities as well as supporting team administrative needs (i.e. meeting minutes reporting documentation) and status reporting for leadership. This position is also responsible for establishing an S/4HANA environment, optimization, and new system integrations. Communications skills will be important to this role.

If you are hired into a Colorado work location, the anticipated compensation range for the position $105,000 to $198,000.00 based on a full time schedule. Your ultimate compensation may vary depending on your job-related skills and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Cloud Architect with a minimum of five (5) years of experience
  • Demonstrated team leader in architecting, implementing, and managing complex enterprise solutions
  • Provides expert technical guidance and direction for requirements development, analysis, and implementation of complex projects and programs in the areas of technical migration architecture covering ECC SOH (Business Suite on HANA), HANA DB, BW, BOBJ, LUMIRA, PO, PI, PLM, VEG, GRC, CUA, FIORI, TREX, Enterpise Portal (EP), SOLMAN, CONTENT SERVER, WEB DISPATCHER, NetWeaver Gateway/Fiori Frontend Server, SLD, SAP ROUTER, and ARIS
  • Experience with at least three (3) projects in architecting and setup for data center migration of on-premise environments to the cloud
  • Have at least five (5) years of system and infrastructure experience with in-depth knowledge of the configuration, operating systems, web tools, and networking landscape
  • Cloud Architecture certification in one or more discipline and CompTIA Security+ certification.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
  • Prefer someone who has SAP S/4 HANA experience
  • Prefer someone who has Federal Government experience
