Join our overnight Kitchens Sanitation Crew and learn the skills necessary to keep our fast-paced, high volume Kitchen up to our high standards. In this role, you will perform the following tasks:

• Operate the COP tank, mechanical dish washing machine, and floor scrubber
• Hand wash and machine wash equipment parts
• Complete general cleaning and sanitizing of the process area.

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, with rotating weekends. Hours are 9:00pm to 5:00am.

Qualifications: Accurate/detail oriented; Adhere to sanitation/hygiene standards; Willing to learn/perform a variety of job tasks; Work in a fast paced production environment; Work in a noisy environment frequently; Work well alone/with others; Work with minimal supervision; Basic math aptitude; Read/follow cleaning labels/instructions; Work in a safety conscious environment.

Prior sanitation/janitorial experience is a plus.

Benefits:

• Starting rate of pay is $17.00 plus additional overnight premium pay ($2.00 per hour)
