The Work You Will Do This position is located with the Division of Hotels and Restaurants and conducts sanitation and safety inspections of hotels and restaurants and investigations of food-borne illness complaints. Where You Will Work This position works remotely and you will be driving directly from your home to begin your assigned inspections. Inspections will be conducted within the geographical counties of the district. Travel to your local district office will be occasional and determined by your direct supervisor.
