Sample Maker - Fabletics

As a Sample Maker you will work closely with cross-functional partners in the creation and management of samples for our lingerie and activewear businesses. The ability to multi-task and prioritize will be important to the success of this role. Strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment is required.

This position will report to the Director of Apparel Engineering.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain samples multiple product categories including lingerie and activewear
• Oversee sample creation of key departments
• Utilize Flatlock, 3 pt. zig zag, 4 and 5 thread overlock to create samples
• Use fold over elastics in conjunction with folders on single needle and cover stitch machines
• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with cross functional team members
• Use light cutting to aid in sample process

Required Skills:

• Activewear, Lingerie or Swimwear experience is a must
• Cutting knowledge required
• Prior computer or mobile tech experience is a plus
• Ability to work on and learn additional applications/softwear
• Detailed oriented and a high accuracy
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to build and maintain productive relationships with peers and cross-functional teams
• Ability to work under pressure in an environment of constant change and shifting priorities
