Requirements
- BS/BA in Computer Science or related degree, or industry experience as a lead or senior software engineer.
- Experience working on SalesForce Platforms or other CRM software packages (MicroSoft CRM, Interaction, SalesLogix, Oracle On-Demand, SAP, etc.)
- Extensive experience in software development, scripting and technical project management. In addition to using system monitoring stools and automated testing frameworks.
- Software engineering skills with Force.com Platform (Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, Unit testing)
- Master of productivity skills such as prioritization, writing and effective communication.
- Force.com Certified Developer Certification (preferred).
- SalesForce Developer Certification (preferred)
- SalesForce App Builder Certification (preferred)
- Experience working in SalesForce Classic and Lighting
- Proficiency in common business software including Microsoft Office and G-Suite.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies such as XP/SCRUM
- Project/Area software ownership.
- Ensure technical tasks are progressing without blockers.
- Professional experience of Integrated development environments (IntelliJ, PyCharm, Visual Studio).
- Working knowledge and experience with complex business systems integration as well as object-oriented design patterns and development.
- Experience in Microservices architecture, .Net Core 3.1 (C#, Web API), Gitlab/Docker/Kubernetes/AWS for CI/CD and hosting ver.
- Query optimization in SQL Server
- Exposure to WCF / web services (REST & SOAP, JSON & XML, etc. / Web API
- Exposure to VB.net
- A good grasp of OO and design patterns that avoid redundancy and promote efficiency, testability, and maintainability of code.
- In-depth knowledge of database strategy and management.
- A desire to collaborate and innovate with our internal teams (both technical and non-technical) and with our clients.
- Provide leadership/ mentorship on operational and technical projects.
Essential Functions
- Participate in efforts to develop and execute testing, training and documentation.
- Completes product technical design and prototyping, software development, bug verification and resolution.
- Performs system analysis and programming activities which may require extensive research and analysis.
- Provides technical/engineering support for new and existing applications from code delivery until the retirement of the application.
- Ensures timely, effective, and quality delivery of software into production, both at an individual and team level.
- Develops and tests applications based on business requirements and industry best practices.
- Creates required technical documentation.
- Adheres to documented departmental and corporate standards. Participates in the definition and documentation of standards.
- Performs release validation testing and beta support for projects.
- Researches problems and develops solutions to the problems.
- Conducts unit testing and integration testing for functionality and limits.
- Assists in training and mentoring less experienced peers.
- May contribute to product architecture.
