Location: Miami, FL Salesforce Developer Position Type: Only W2 with GC/USC/H4 EAD Top Skill / Experience Requirements · 4+ years of experience in Salesforce development in large, enterprise environments (must have 10+ years of professional DEV / Admin experience to be considered) · Must possess extensive experience working on an Agile delivery team · Experience integrating Salesforce with other applications via real time and batch process (sync / async) · Experience with configurations and has helped attach an out of the box product to existing systems · Experience primarily with Java, but also C# and .Net · Relevant Bachelor’s degree required · Salesforce Certification(s) required (minimum Salesforce Admin and Platform Developer 1 Certification) Preferred Skill / Experience Requirements Job Description Need someone who has done Software Development work outside of Salesforce, but also has worked with Salesforce in an implementation capacity. They use Java primarily but also C# or .Net. Open to seeing candidates with other languages as well. The person must be a recent developer. They will be charged with rolling out Salesforce across the company. They want someone who has been responsible for configurations in the past who has helped attached an out of the box product to existing systems. They do not want to build everything from scratch. More certifications than the Platform Level 1 or 2 Architect (Pay attention to when they acquired the certification, versus when they actually used it in the workplace. The longer the better.

Coder and Mentor/Consultant of implementation
The are in the middle of the implementation with 1-2 years left. Role is contingent primarily to be renewed in 6 month increments.
