We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced Salesforce Administrator - Mergers & Acquisitions Specialist to join our team.
  • Champion most efficient technical integrations with our Marketing and CRM tools with any necessary tools from the merging company
  • Quick understanding of our current integrations and GTM processes that allows for a swift comparison of a current company's processes against our processes
  • Track all process work with easy-to-follow documentation that allows the next merger to move through the integration processes even more efficiently
  • Analyze CRM automated processes for redundancies, likeness and ‘merge' opportunities
  • Engage with Auto-provisioning team to ensure new company Products can be provisioned as smoothly as internal products
  • Take initiative to improve automations, provide recommendations on best practices, take advantage of add-on apps such as Conga, and present potential applications to use to achieve an desired process outcome

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of Salesforce administration experience

  • 3-5 years Business Analyst experience, proven advanced Excel skills

  • Experience participating in M&A and importing data and metadata from acquisition Salesforce instance into core Salesforce instance

  • Demonstrated ability to dig into complex problems, map out current functionality and propose easy-path, but scalable solutions

  • Experience developing and improving operational processes to drive business efficiencies.

  • Experience with multiple technology platforms, such as Eloqua, Boomi, Enterprise Data warehouse, e-sign programs, Conga, etc.

  • Business, CS, math degree or equivalent proven business acumen

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification
