Setup, customize and develop Salesforce.com instances for multiple clients. Support and empower nonprofit organizations and charities in their missions.
Responsibilities- Setup, customize and develop Salesforce.com and related app implementations, drawing on your relevant past experience and understanding of best practices surrounding CRM, lead flow management, Custom Objects, Relational Data, and Salesforce.com
- Ensure that the configuration of our clients’ Salesforce.com installations and associated systems are implemented according to their needs and best practices
- Ensure that CRM installations run as intelligently and efficiently as possible through continuous improvement and management
- Normalize data provided by the client for import into Salesforce.com
- Perform bulk import operations into Salesforce.com via Data Loader utility
- Create custom reports and report types
Qualifications- Fluency in the English language
- Excellent organization, interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks without a project manager
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members and a project manager on complex projects
- Strong attention to detail and astute diagnostic skills
- Ability to analyze complex problems, develop creative solutions
- Strategic and forward-planning thought process
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in an unstructured environment
- Ability to learn quickly and to operate in a fluid, fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to overcome obstacles
- B.S. in related field or equivalent hands-on experience
- 3+ years working in business analysis, project management or similar role
- 2+ years experience implementing or administrating a Salesforce.com using sales, marketing, and CRM objects
- Expert in Microsoft Excel 2010+ with strong knowledge of filters, text functions, lookup functions, data formatting, and Array Formulas
- Understanding of online marketing acquisitions and program management
- Understanding of CRM and customer care systems management
- Experience with Salesforce.com data migration
- Experience with Luminate CRM, CauseView, RoundCorner, or Affinaquest a plus
