Digital Customer offering focuses on designing and implementing sales and service experiences, capabilities, and architectures to bring customer strategies to life. Professionals will serve our clients through the following types of work:

Qualifications
Required
  • 2+ years of total IT experience with at least 1+ years of Salesforce experience
  • Project experience delivering Salesforce Service Cloud or Sales Cloud work
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration (Apex/Lightning coding knowledge not required)
  • Experience working with business to elicit requirements and translate those to user-stories
  • Experience performing business-demos and getting user-story-acceptance completed by business
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a creative, Agile environment and manage agile task assignments
  • Strong preference for candidates who are Salesforce.com certified in the following areas - Administrator and Service Cloud Consultant
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Systems Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems. Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
  • Limited immigration sponsorship maybe available
