Beyond's Sales Advocate will be a member of the Sales Enablement Team reporting to the Director of Sales Enablement. In Sales Enablement our goal is simple - Remove any, and all, obstacles to Seller success. As a Sales Advocate you will spend a majority of your time designing and conducting training, but you will wear many hats, including Facilitator, Designer, Problem Solver, Coach, Analysis, and Sales Support. You will work with several internal partners to identify performance, process, and learning gaps, and then implement strategies to close those gaps.
